Artemis Property Investments is a property development and services company run by Graham Balfour-Lynn, William Broadbent and Eduard Hempel. The company engages in two distinct activities :-

Firstly, residential development, mainly in central London.

Secondly, property consultancy and project management to clients with their own properties, such as :-

Who we are

Since the early 1980s, Graham, William and Eduard have been active as developers and investors in the UK and overseas property markets. Graham has 43 years of extensive property and business experience, William 48 years and Eduard 40 years.

This experience is offered to Artemis clients for their own property projects and investments.
